Make Me An Offer On The Lot.
Any interested buyer must perform their own due diligence on any of the listed properties. I have not
visited these properties and they are sold as is with no refunds or exchanges entered into.
If properties are traded in multiple lots from various locations the time will vary as to when you'll
receive the deeds back. This is beyond the sellers control and depends on local councils in the area. All
property purchased must be paid for in full and deed transfers will then take place. All property is sold
or traded free and clear of any liens or taxes. Note: If a company wants to buys all these properties at
once will allow you to process all the required paperwork. We can just sign the transfers over and pay
any outstanding taxes up to date etc.
