| Mangano Calcite, Broken Hill. Do you own a museum? Or do you love them big? This is a massive plate of spiky dogtooth Mangano Calcite. This was in a museum for many years but is now the property of Coolrocks. The huge plate has a hills and dales like structure, with not one single crystal damaged. I have never had a better one of these in my possession. Mined at the Broken Hill mines many years ago. Size is a huge 32 cm x 21 cm and 8 cm high, and weight is a heavy 4.5 kg. The specimen has a lovely pink colour. |  |
